wax sheets are all purpose utility sheets and are suitable
for wrapping hot foods, as a separator for fresh meats,
as tray liners, etc. Wax is saturated into the
sheets leaving very little surface wax. Wet wax is a surface
wax where the majority of the wax remains on the top of
the sheet which makes it feel wet or waxy. Wet waxed sheets
can be used anywhere heat is not an issue; cold cuts,
wrapping meat, pastries, frozen foods, etc. |
